I’ve been using cortisone ointment for 4 years for Perioral Dermatitis around my nose and face which later even spread to my chest and between my eyebrows. At the start I could stop using the cortisone ointment for 4-6 days until the rash would return. Later my whole face became red, and the rash became pussy. I never go out of my house without a little powder and eyeshadow. It was so bad that I had to stop wearing anything. Bought myself “everything free shampoo and toothpaste – anything to get rid of the terrible itch and stinging. Then a friend, who also struggled with dermatitis saw me and referred me to Queen BEE Secrets. “Aunty Google” told me that my skin was reacting to an overuse of steroids. GP said it is not true and wanted to give me more steroids. I asked that he goes a different way, so he prescribed a course of antibiotics.
